Per Adobe instructions, all interactive Adobe forms contain active fillable fields that the “user” can
select to next enter the requested data.
How to complete the Adobe fillable / interactive form?
Vendors who desire to participate in the All About Brides Wedding Expo will be able to utilize the
Interactive Adobe Fillable Form & Interactive Adobe Form link below to input & enter his or her vendor
information to complete the necessary Vendor Registration to secure his or her Vendor Booth.
According to the Adobe online instructions,
the information below signify the specific field definitions as follows:
- A purple message bar indicates the presence of fillable fields.
- When clicked, shows where fillable fields exist.
- If necessary, right-click the document, and select either the Hand Tool or the Select Tool from the pop-up menu.
- When the pointer of the user changes to an alternate icon the Vendor has moved over to a different field. I.e. a hand tool📷 may change to an I-beam when📷 Vendor is unable to type any text into that particular form field. Some text fields are dynamic, meaning that they automatically resize to accommodate the amount of data you enter and can span across pages.
- (Optional) To make form fields easier to identify, click the Highlight Existing Fields button 📷 on the document message bar. Form fields appear with a colored background (light blue by default), and all required form fields are outlined in another color (red by default).
- Click to select options, such as radio buttons. Click inside a text field to type.
- All About Brides Wedding Expo simply click on the link below and be sure to enter data into each field that requires data input.
- Click the "All About Brides Vendor Registration Packet_August2023."
- Click on the All About Brides Vendor Registration Packet link illustrated below.
- Input all data in any blank fields that require input by the Wedding Professional, Specialty Vendor, and/or Exhibitor.
- Submit completed All About Brides Vendor Registration Packet to TriState Event Planning Services in one of the two options below. United States Postal Service is not recommended due to lost, damaged, or delayed mailing times.
Participation submission should be received via fax to (717) 597-0226 or scanned and emailed to events@tristateevents.org.
IMPORTANT: We cannot accept a "JPEG" image or any camera snapshots of the Vendor Registration Guide.
TriState Events' Executive Leadsership Team must receive ALL documents with the Vendor Registration Packet in a pdf format as these are officially "legally binding document(s)".
